Leinart and Hardy are on the taxi squad.

I have the following offer: Leinart and FWP for Eli Manning and Aaron Kampman. Eli is on the taxi squad, so I wouldn't be able to play him, but I would use him for trade bait and believe I could trade him later in the season.

I think that although I may not be getting exact value for FWP, it will relieve some of the uncertainty in his situation as well as give me a REALLY good DL unit for future years assuming Osi comes back to form.

What do you think? Should I try to add something else (moving up in the draft?) as well?

I would be all over that deal. Kampman is a top 5 DL, and you can afford to give up Parker. You also win in the QB exchange by a large margin.

Leinart is useless until at least 2009 and has never shown that he'll be serious enough to threaten Roethlisberger as your franchise QB. That makes this deal essentially Parker for Manning and Kampman. Manning is a shade behind Roethlisberger, but a nice piece to replace McNabb even if you don't find a taker for him. Kampman is a top five defensive lineman and immediately improves your lineup significantly. Parker isn't an easy giveaway, but there's no guarantee he's a 300 carry player at any point in his future.

I think this deal helps you enough that I'd give up some of your depth buffer at RB to make it happen.
