I can only keep one due to a shallow bench. Should I keep Briggs or EJ Henderson?

Scoring system for my league:

Tackle Solo (1)
Tackle Assist (0.5)
Sack (3)
Interception (3)
Fumble Force (2)
Fumble Recovery (2)
Touchdown (6)
Safety (2)
Pass Defended (2)
Block Kick (2)

I have them rated in the same tier and it's generally a gut decision when they are even (to me). I have mild concerns about Henderson having fewer snaps (due to the Vikings defense being better) and blitzing less. If I had to pick one, I'd keep Briggs, but you can't go wrong either way.

I agree with Tony that they're in the same tier. I'm a little nervous about both -- Henderson for the reasons noted, Briggs because I think his 2007 season was concerning that he may be more of a system/contract player than we thought -- but would prefer to err on the side of the better player (I believe it's Henderson) and the position (MLB over WLB -- again Henderson).
