I didn't see this on a search, and I assume it is probably not a big deal, but I wanted to post the info for Posluszny such as myself so we can track the injury reports. I expect him to be a beast in IDP leagues this year and am relying on him to hold up. Any one else with any more news or updates?

DATE NEWS
Sep 5 News: Posluszny (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's opener against Seattle, the Bills' official site reports.

Spin: Posluszny isn't injured that severely and he implied to the web site he'd be ready to go on Sunday. With
Angelo Crowell definitely out on the strong side, we'd be surprised if Pos -- who was moving around pretty well
at Friday's practice -- isn't out there to man the middle.

Sep 4 News: Posluszny did not participate in practice Thursday after turning an ankle in practice Wednesday, the Bills'
official site reports.

Spin: The injury is not serious and coach Dick Jauron is confident Posluszny will be fine for Sunday's game. That's
sort of needed at this point with fellow starting linebacker Angelo Crowell definitely out due to knee surgery.

latest espn updates have him playing and starting, no issues

Thanks. Keep any updates coming. All the info I've read has him playing, but I think it's odd that they are listing him as questionable.

I was worried too until I read this quote from him yesterday:

"It was just a little tweak nothing major," Posluszny told NFL.com. "One day off was all I needed and now it's completely back to normal."

Now I'm starting him with confidence...

The NFL is really paying attention to injury reports since Video Bill played fast and loose with the injury report and had Brady on it with an injured shoulder or elbow for the last 3 years. Brady who didn't play a snap of preaseason practiced fully starting this past Weds so he isn't even on the report . I think because Poz missed practice on Thurs and was limited in practice on Fri, Buffalo had to list him as Questionable.

DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE

Thursday
LB Paul Posluszny (ankle)

LIMITED PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE

Thursday
DT Spencer Johnson (back)

Friday
LB Paul Posluszny (ankle)

FULL PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE

Wednesday
QB Tom Brady (right shoulder, foot)

So is everyone starting him with confidence? I have plenty of LB depth, but would rather go with him than any of the others.

I'm starting J. Mayo instead since he's playing against KC Chiefs, aka the larry johnson show. Anything this might be a bad idea?

I think it's a fine idea, but I'd worry a little about the pats offense dominating time of possession, and I don't know who buffalo plays, off the top of my head.
I'd imagine poz would see the field a bit more than mayo.

Poz said he is playing, that is good enough for me. They play the Seahawks this week

Seattle.

I've got him in my lineup, but I've also got good depth (I could start Crowder or Gaither instead, for example), so I'm going to wait for pre-game confirmation about Poz before I fully make up my mind.
