Basically, yes, but you can customize it to use your league's scoring and starting requirements.

If you use DraftDominator already, you don't have to do any additional work. You simply select your DD file from LD and it shows you who you should start based on FBG's projections.

And yes, you have to download new projections as they are made available if you want relevant data.
