If I want a good gauge for my trade value and team strength before and after, which application is better the better tool?

They are exactly the same...but Trade Analyzer has the advantage of being part of LD.

I tell you what would be a great addition for next year. Not sure I can explain it well, but I like to compare my team with other teams using the Team Data page from the Lineup Dominator, as it has the points isted..

If you could display Two Teams in the Trade Analyzer with each player's projected points in the Trade Analyzer format along with the "Team After Trade" column, this would be most ideal.

So you would have 3 columns at the top of the Trade Analyzer rather than 2. One to scroll through other team rosters, one for your Current Team, and one that displays the "Team After Trade" columns with the info that is currently below staying the same.

That's been asked - maybe one day Bruce can implement it...

I would second, third and fourth that one. I've personally never quite gotten a handle on why you would want to see your old an new team side-by-side and have really only found the trade analyzer useful for evaluating WW pickups rather than trades, it seems cumbersome.

Not trying to be negative, love the app, but this one part does need work, IMO.

Another suggetion, that might be easier to implement would be simply to have the ability to have Two windows open with Team Data. Add a Team Data2 window option.

I could then open one Team Data window with my team and a 2nd Team Data window with the other teams and compare them side by side.

Currently I do something like this by opening the Weekly Lineup window. Then open the Team Data window over it and place it over the opponent side of the Weekly lineup. It allows me to compare the ranking numbers for my team and other teams side by side, (but not their total points) for the rest of the season.

IMHO I think the most powerful tool in LD would be the ability to input the schedule for the entire league and then open up Multiple (at least two) Weekly Lineup windows so that you can see how your trade impacts the other team.

For example, I was considering trading one of my divisional oponents for a QB. The new QB would be complimentary to my current QB. But it turns out that the QB wouldn't help me the week we play - but the WR I was considering trading would help him potentially beat me. No sense making the trade. It would be nice to be able to easily determine how a trade helps an opposing team in ANY week.
