Several years ago I read an article about using dual baselines, one for Starters, one for backups. Basically the article advocated a baseline of worst starter while picking your starters, and a last drafted for choosing backups. Re-reading the VBD revisited, and finally buying into idea of using #of players selected in the first 100 (actually I used end of round 8, top 96 players, 12 team league), I started wondering if there is any benefit of changing my baselines after round 9.

I tried a few MOCKs and was pleased with the results. I assume there has been a lot of research on baselines by the FBG staff. Any advice, for those of us that tinker way too much ?

Anyone else experiment with dual baselines .... ?

I pretty much stick with Joe's... I'd be interested in your different approaches and ways of attacking a draft. Also if, they were used in an actual draft... how your team turned out...
