Bowe is a buy low, IMO. His production will increase in the next few weeks based on the opponents and they started using him at the slot against the Texans. He received his highest number of targets last week (9).

If the Texans offense scores more than 20 points I will eat my hat. The Chiefs defense will crush this kid.
