In an ideal world, you start him at RT and let him cook. With Steele, that is not possible so there will be some hiccups/growing pains.

In watching some of his highlight reels, he looks more proficient pass blocking to me. Jmo. He is a finesse blocker, not a mauler.
When you watch, look at 2 things:
Hands. Too wide. He gets flagged.
Feet. Very nimble and smooth. Elite.
