I dropped Matt Bryant for him in two leagues and it's funny that you ask this question because I made the adds while thinking that if I were to put money on who scores more the rest of the way, I would probably bet on Bryant, i.e. I would project Bryant higher than Greg the Leg for the rest of...
I'm in a PPR with the #1 priority and I'm struggling between Alfred Morris, Randall Cobb, and Dexter McCluster (RB/WR). I think a solid argument can be made for either of these three to be the top pick depending on your needs in a PPR.
Alfred Morris could be the next Mike Anderson or Terrell...
To me he's a no-brainer (ahem) pickup as the last guy on your bench, especially in a PPR league. Use your non-concussed heads, people! He's a top 30 WR easily with the potential to be top 10-20.
I say start him while he's still alive. If he does happen to die on the field, the tragedy will...
I agree with this. And I don't think Jimmy Graham is too far behind. In a shark league where you can start another TE at the flex spot, going with Gronk and Graham in the late 1st and early 2nd would be a championship move. (If you play with a bunch of idiots, then you could maybe get one or...
I'm not sure this is totally accurate. If we could all go back to August and draft with everyone in our league knowing what the stats for 2011 will be, you'd be hard-pressed to find a league where Gronkowski slips to the end of the 1st or early 2nd. Given position scarcity, I doubt he would...
I agree (even though I'm not from New England and not a Patriots fan). I think he has become the most dominant receiver I've watched since Jerry Rice. Calvin Johnson is a beast, no doubt, but he can be shut down or game planned out of a game every now and then. Gronkowski has become...
On the road against a high-scoring opponent with an excellent run defense in the 1st game of his career after a lockout-shortened preseason and with 2 more experienced RBs on his team. It doesn't take Nostradamus to predict that Ingram might not have a huge game. Did people honestly expect...
I'm rolling with him over Louis Murphy. If you get 1 point for 10 yards returning, then I think McCluster is definitely a great start over Britt, armyeric.
Mike Williams (TB) looks like a stud already, has a beautiful schedule, and an underrated QB in Josh Freeman who has total confidence in him. He's still being viewed as a WR3 right now but I think it's going to be tough to pry him away from owners in two or three weeks.
