Yes and no, because if I like your WR2 better than I like my RB2 I can make that deal because I don't have to worry about those roster constraints! It makes trading more about preference and less about need! It's great if you have guys that like to trade as it frees you to take value and not...
As I said in the aforementioned thread the league I'm in with super flexible lineups sees a tonne of trading, more than any of my other leagues and I think this is because of how flexible it is. If you only have to start 1 from a position you don't need to keep a large number of them, so let's...
Odd, I'm in a league like this and out of all my leagues it has by far the most trading, I think it frees people up to deal guys for guys they like more and not have to worry about making sure they have a RB4, a WR5, a TE, etc!
Interestingly Agholor went at the 1.12 in both.
[/SPOILER]In all of mine (Superflex excepted) 1.12 would give you a choice between Duke, Strong, Dorsett or Maxx Williams (who I nudge above Coleman and depending on need Abdullah if 1.5 for TE)
The rest has some picks I wouldn't have made but I don't mind reaching for your guy in the late 2nd or 3rd, it's personal preference there. None of these things ever happen in my drafts, every one I've been in so far, top 4 in top 4, Parker at five, Agh, DGB, Perri, Abd, Cole and Yeldon the next...
I don't care if you're stuck with no startable QBs you don't take Winston over Amari Cooper, that's Dumb Drafting 101 right there! Go and get the Houston QBs or Buff QBs for nothing until a decent option comes along!
(Unless Superflex before someone points it out)
Cooper at 6 is a steal...
Valuewise yes it's the 1st side but if you're caught in a Superflex with one or no QBs sometimes you have to pay through the nose, it's ugly trying to be competitive in a Superflex without 2 QBs!
The inclusion of kickers in any leagues, they are a massive pain in the ###, nobody cares about them and getting round to dealing with them for your teams every week is annoying. I am now not in a single league with kickers and won't join one that has them, waste of time and effort!
I'm not a...
Would you really turn this down in a 1QB for Luck? Or are you just saying that? Because if I had Luck and received this offer in 1QB I would accept it in a heartbeat because I could go out and get a Rivers or Romo for a 2nd and have a much better team thanks to 1QB devaluing QBs.
Superflex, No K, no DEF
Snake normally unless Salary Cap and then auction of course!
Lots drawn and then choose your draft slot. Choosing of rookie slot inverse of choosing auction slot or vice versa.
Lineup flexibility is something I like.
1.5 PPR for TE.
Slow draft.
