Facebook was kind enough to remind me this morning that I'm an idiot. My status this day in 2010 was that I was happy the Raiders drafted the guy I wanted.... That of course was Rolando McClain. I doubled down on my stupidity that year and bought his jersey.

In watching the highlights, I like that he makes contested catches, and works himself open. Seems like a great name to watch. Also was it just me, or did his QB (for the first half of the highlights) have a super odd delivery?

A moment to vent... On a recent episode of the Around the NFL podcast, the Raiders were called out for only signing Minshew. Flip to the next episode, and the Vikings are celebrated for signing Darnold after losing Cousins. Even going as far as saying that the Vikes can maybe build around...

Correct my if I'm wrong, but the added value to trading up into the end of the 1st is to gain the opportunity for the 5th year option, and benefit from the rookie contract pricing for an extra year.

Risner was one of the guys I was hoping the Raiders would draft 4 years ago. Not just for his on field potential, but the work he does in the community as well. That guy has his head on straight.
