Milton is extremely inaccurate.
The Tennessee game translates very poorly to the NFL game. The Vols general run 4 wides and run high-low routes. Mostly single read. Any success Milton had may have very well been because the system was so simple. Milton’s comp% at Mich was under 60%

Writeup on Delmar Glaze from Emory Hunt
Strengths:
One of the first words to come to mind watching his tape is,solid. Just has good, all-around game for the position.Rarely do you see any busts.
Does a good job in displaying late, but active hands when dealing with pass rushers. Able to...
I am hoping the Raiders take one of these guys in the second rd:
Cooper DeJean
Jer'Zhan Newton
Kool-Aid McKinstry
Jackson Powers-Johnson
It would not surprise if they took Rattler or Pratt in at that pick.
Crowd-sourcing opinions about a draft pick reminds me of when the Raiders drafted Robert Gallery in the first round. That pick was universally praised. We all know how that turned out.
Let me be clear, I am NOT saying Bowers will be a bust. But how does he help the Raiders win now? He does not...
No argument that Bowers is a great prospect. That said, this pick was a real head-scratcher. They used a 2nd rd pick LY on the position, so it really wasn't a need. I would have preferred Murphy at that pick because the Chiefs are now loaded with speed at WR and the best counter is a great pass...
It’s the Raiders, so we should expect to be disappointed.
Next phase is convincing ourselves that the reaches the team made in the draft will be good. Rinse and repeat next year. :kicksrock:
Small sample size. Go watch more games. And TBH, I did not think he played that poorly in the title considering when you factor in the way the refs were calling the game. He showed great toughness in the pocket and proved he could stand up to a beating.
This is not meant to call you out, but did you watch the Huskies during the college season? If you did (or do), and don't let the noise sway what you are watching, I do not understand how you cannot walk away impressed by Penix. All the negative Penix noise can be filed under paralysis by...
Am I the only that thinks WR is the Giants biggest need? Name the last playmaker at the position. Prime Victor Cruz? That was over a decade ago unless I am missing a player. I understand the contempt for Jones, but didn’t that big contract pot commit the team to Jones this year? I think they...
I somewhat agree. I would like them to select a stud tackle @ 13. But if they selected Penix I would be fine with the pick. The one skill he has that translates to the NFL is he is a very accurate deep ball passer. I would be even happier if they pick a stud tackle and then trade back up into Rd...
Penix hasn't really needed to run in the Washington offense. He was shredding defenses with his arm and a group of receivers that all may be drafted. If you watched the Texas game you would have seen his capability to run (3-31). But even better, you would have seen his great ability to move in...
What I find ironic is the player's union negotiated reduced contact in OTAs and practice because of concern for player safety. The answer was the hip drop, which is easier to coach. If players could be coached proper tackling techniques this likely wouldn't be an issue.
I am not against making...
