I was able to trade for him this week for Kenny Golladay to a team with RB depth and no receivers, I like Golladay as well but I needed help at RB and had the depth at WR.

Check your league settings to ensure DB is select DB I selected. I had the same issue and the option to play DBs was not check for some reason even though it has been setup for years. Once I did that and sync'd they showed up.
How about the fact that DB is not an option on the top 200 forward? I have reported that several times and the only response I got was to scroll down, which I would have if there was an option to scroll to it. It is now week 3 and i have been emailing and posting here about it for a month.
