I am unfortunately barely following tonight due to a family engagement. Based on your other post sounds like Caserio is back to overpaying in trades like he usually does
Meyers is easily cuttable for cap savings a year from now as well. Obviously they need to get their QB situation figured out long-term but the same can be said for the Jets which was the consensus mock draft pick (and not like Rodgers has ever bothered to throw to a TE during his career anyway.)...
Worthy is more DJax or Devonta Smith than Tyreek. Its not without fantasy value, but its more a complimentary piece than a direct threat to replace Rice IMO.
In a bunch of threads exactly a year ago: “for Yr 1… JSN should pass Lockett very quickly then in time become WR1b with Metcalf.” Interestingly CHI has the exact same OC as SEA did too
I like the Taxi squad aspect and the patience you’re able to show. I generally find that the vast majority of fantasy players have no patience and move on to the next shiny rookie quickly though. I see a huge danger here that you may have to wait at least two years for a return which is an...
He may just be a bust already, everyone was surprised last year when he fell out of the 1st and Kincaid and LaPorta both got drafted over him. Maybe there were some legit reasons we just didn't know about?
Hate to give up on him (i drafted him in one league too) as TE’s usually take time to...
IMO he’s JSN 2.0, he might be all the way down at 5 or 6 for me now. Let someone else overdraft him now and buy low if/when he doesn’t see enough targets. Then hope Chicago doesn’t extend Allen unlike Seattle who extended Lockett. Talented player and great football setup for Caleb and the Bears...
Yeah my initial reaction is Worthy will be overdrafted now. Similar height and massive speed like Tyreek, but he's nearly 30lbs lighter. I think he'll be more Tank Dell than Tyreek (whichcould still be valuable)
It was widely expected before Rice. Rice is a totally different kind of player. Worthy is the MVS replacement/massive upgrade. Sucks for Marquis owners, no way he's anything more than a one year flier now.
Seemed like their biggest need and Thomas was the next big name. Watching the highlights right now, he appears to have the exact role they used Calvin in last year as a deep threat down the sideline (which Ridley wasn't a good fit for.)
Edit: I forgot they signed Gabe to be the deep threat guy
