    Honest question: Why fear genetically engineered food?

    I don't get it. It seems as if people are willing - if not eager - to eat stuff that's been repeatedly shown to be bad for them anyway, why all the attention and fear for genetically engineered foods? Are there any studies that show them to be harmful? :rolleyes:

    For those of us with playoff leagues, which WR steps into Welker's role in the New England offense? (For the record, I'm not suggesting any WR can match Welker's level of play - I'm just wondering who gets the resulting increased opportunity.)

    They have something to play for (3rd vs. 4th) which could potentially - although not likely - allow them to host an additional home game if everything breaks just right for them. OTOH, they won't have a bye week, so the rest could benefit their players and there's always the injury concerns that...

    The old "rest vs. rust" question: What would be the ideal amount of off-days a player could have between the last regular season game in which they played and a playoff game. Any opinions on this are welcome, and any actual data would be very much appreciated.
