New version of the free Draft Planalyzer is now available.

It works well in conjunction with the Draft Dominator, will help you spot your redraft league's tendencies, position runs, and can generate baselines and ADP appropriate for your leage (by position, not specific...
I scored 190.2.
Only lost Kuhn and KC Def this week, will have 18 players next weekend. Pleasantly surprised, should have an excellent shot at making another cut.
You are absolutely right- you still need to follow your draft plan. But this method will tell you what to expect from your league mates, in general terms.
From your message to me, you only used two years of data. Everything is built around using three.
To get around it, you can use your second year for the third year, too, and just weight them equally or just put in 1% for the third year. You don't want to weight any year less than 1%.
But its so much more than history. Glad it will help. Your comment on the information edge is dead on- and that is why sharks can't ignore past drafts (at least in the redraft format).
That's why I created it. I've always felt the 'art' of draft preparation based on previous years has been largely ignored, maybe folks don't realize the value of it. This makes it very easy to mock against your league's tendencies, and it boosts the value of DVBD and custom dropoffs during your...
It won't change ADP at all (ADP comes from your historical drafts only), and the calculations only affect the 'worst starter + flex' baseline at this point.
That said, I plan to refine the Baseliner for next year. Getting late this year to make many more changes. I think it can be better and...
As promised, my article on how to use the new Baseliner feature in the Draft Planalyzer: http://www.draftologist.com/resources/the-draft-planalyzer-baseliner/
I've also posted an overview on how to use the Baseliner as well as the ADP-o-matic for setting up Draft Dominator, here...
Hello-
As I promised in the Free Draft Planning and Analysis Tool thread, I wrote up a post on my blog on how I use the free Draft Planalyzer spreadsheet to set up DD to my liking. It can both generate a custom ADP as well as a number of baselines to choose from, based on my last three years'...
Good thoughts, Saint. Working on the post tonight and I like the idea of putting in a number on the Baseliner. But, if you want to pick a baseline, you can look at that pick on the Draft List tab and you'll see the baseline players there. In the default version you download, at pick 128 you...
Sharks and fellow draftologists:
GoBears84 prodded me into buckling down and taking the Draft Planalyzer to the next level.
It can now generate a custom ADP perfect for use in the ADP_USER.csv file for Draft Dominator!
It is available now at my site (link in signature) for Excel- still have...
