Read up on cpr again then. A low heart rate will cause cpr to be initiated. Rescue breathing is done without compressions.

Not so fast. It also means electrical current is still in the heart. Most of the time defibrillators won't even let you shock as there is no current in the heart.

After the Cousins pick where Reagor stopped running ( I also don't think he even saw the ball) at the 2, Indy only ran off just over a minute of time with 2 incompletions. That should've been 3 straight running plays. Take the time off the clock. The Vikings needed all the time they could get.

Nothing was ever followed up  by reporters on either. 

Both went out late. Stevenson seemed to take a shin to the helmut as he went down. Didn't look bad but he stayed down. I'd guess a concussion for him. Harris also got tackled hard and stayed down. Didn't look bad but don't know what his injury was.

Same boat in Mass. Bid 75K over asking and waived home inspection. Someone came in with 700K cash and a 2 week close. The amount of cash out there that buyers have is insane.  Edit to add that we had an escalation offer and were actually 5k over the cash offer but cash is king.

I asked my realtor about why some agents offer less percentage for the listing. I thought her answer was good. She said if the agent can't even negotiate their percentage, why would I want them negotiating the sale of my home? Thought it was a good point.
