I would accept that without hesitation.  I am assuming this is re-draft but I would also accept in dynasty. Due to situation I see Montgomery as more consistent/an upgrade and I see Golladay as an upgrade due to the QB situation.  

I would go Watson/Waller. I feel you take a big jump in QB consistency. Game flow for Watson will be to be great in order to win every game. You lose consistency at TE but Waller can take over games. You are not losing too much at TE.
