Drafted 10th in a 12 team, 0.5 PPR League
I think I did a pretty good job.
QB: Matt Stafford
RB: L. Fournette
RB: L. Miller
WR: M. Thomas
WR: S. Diggs
TE: T. Burton
W/R: A. Cooper
D: Pittsburgh
K: H. Butker
BN: R. Burkhead
BN: J. Williams
BN: C. Clement
BN: N. Chubb
BN: T. Yeldon...
There is no way teams are going to take a running back over the quarterbacks in this draft or Bradley Chubb.
I would be shocked if Barkley goes in the top five picks.
Do people really think the Browns would consider Barkley at four? Come on people the Browns aren't going to pass up on an elite pass rusher or elite DB to take a running back. I see Barkley going around 6-9.
This isn't 1985....................
Which players are you targeting at each of the turns? I am targeting:
10 & 15: M. Gordon, J. Nelson, A.J. Green, M. Thomas, D. Bryant
34 & 39: D. Cook, J. Mixon, K. Allen, A. Jeffrey, T. Kelce
58 & 63: D. McFadden, D. Martin, S. Diggs, L. Fitzgerald, J. Graham
What do you think about going WR-WR with the first two picks? I am hoping one of the top 6 WR's fall to me at #10. However, I play in a .5 PPR league and I am afraid they will all be gone. In that case, would taking Michael Thomas at #10 be a reach? Is Dez Bryant too high at #15?
Also, at the...
The Cleveland Browns run defense might be historically bad. At the very least, it will be worst in the league this year.
Ryan Matthews should not be in red he should be in green.
In my opinion, rounds 3 and 4 are a little more tricky because I believe there is a drop off in talent around the middle of the third round. Some of the best values at the 3/4 turn are TY Hilton, Demarious Thomas, Randall Cobb, Jarvis Landry, and Jordan Reed. If any of those guys are available...
I picked #10 overall in a 12 team, 1/2 PPR league and ended up with Lamar Miller in round one and Allen Robinson in round 2.
My strategy in round one was pretty simple because I identified a clear cut top ten players. Take whichever of these players falls to #10:
RB: A. Peterson, D. Johnson...
