According to my DD, which has PD imported, Meachem is the 90th best receiver and Patten is stuck at 149. I'm a Saints fan and thus have followed the team very closely and I'm telling you, the green Meachem will probably only see the field in brief strints this year while Patten is in a battle...

That and the fact we played Atlanta twice last year knocked up our passing D and lowered our run D stats.

The latest news is that he will miss three days and probably be held out of the preseason game vs. Buffalo. And Sweetness, I know you and alot of Bear fans are just jealous that all the media attention has been on the Saints and not the Bears. There's a reason for that. Deal with it.

Do you know the Saints D finished 11th in the league (fourth in pass defense) last year and allowed 4 more yards per game than the Steelers? Now we do need improvement but I hear people like Collinsworth trashing the way our defense played last season and it's a little much.

Let's wait on the MRI to come out real soon before we jump to conclusions about the Saints offense. Payton was encouraged by the stability of the joint and it's been reported as not a serious injury by some. But no one knows for sure yet.

You guys really think one guy, no matter how good he is, makes that much a difference? The Saints threw together their entire O-line with nobodies except Jammal Brown an did quite well. Why not the Colts?

Not sure exactly how far he dropped from the last update to now, but I do remember him being around 10 at one point after a PD update. I do know for sure that he was tenth when i was just using the VBD Excel (Dodds only) file.

By the way, my weights are 20 percent across all the experts for the offensive categories.

I'm waiting, too, 200 Forward is the best reference available for whether you should add/drop players. We have an ordered draft that will execute at 1 a.m. where you can get 1 player only and I got the first pick. But after every team has had a chance to take a player, it's a free for all.
