The only thing about it that is a negative is Plax's history with missing and being late for practices and the potential effect it would have on a young team. However, his recent personal events may have straightened him out though.

I disagree with this slightly. There was a Tea Party waiting to break out towards the end of Bush's term as fiscal conservatives were pissed about Bush's spending. The election of Obama, stimulus, health care, and perceived attack on small business got the grass roots movement up and going. But...
