Well did you make the playoffs? If so I'd be interested to see your decision out of these guys you mentioned, my guess is you are debating between Meachem and Bowe. I luckily don't have to worry about Bowe.
I'm thinking more along the lines of the money that Nike spends to fabricate his line of clothes/shoes/advertise. You know the old saying "You have to spend money to make money". The Risk - Spending cash, bad PR, not hitting the earnings mark expected from his sales, CNN/Experts reporting...
I don't think you can be mad a Vick for signing easy money. Nike on the other hand...
How does Nike think they will get a return on investment with this guy?
1. Does Nike think that they will be able to sell shoes in Vick's name? - I would have to think his apparel would appeal to a small...
Question: Have other owners ever started someone OUT/BYE because they didn't want to waste a rosters move?
If so, then either/both can do it with in the rules and also based on history of the league regardless of the position.
However, I would send out an email letting those two know that a...

Before the internet this is how most drafts went.
In a time, long, long ago people used out of date mags and last years stats and their gut to come up with a one of a kind draft list. It wasn't out of the norm to see someone I had ranked #18 go at #3.
It's actually refreshing to see something...
I can't believe this, I just went through the same thing this spring and had one made. It's almost identical, with the exception being the cup is silver and the base is black.Good stuff.
As a suggestion, stop by the at a local trophy shop. Talk to someone in person and they will enjoy going...
I have completed two real drafts this weekend (not mock - for money) and I've seen the following in both drafts (12 teams):
Boldin - slipped to the end of the 4th/early 5th
Vince Young was the 20th/22 QB taken
Calvin is going before Roy
Graham went at the #22RB in both drafts
Cotchery is...
You mean earn a starting spot then suffer a neck injury so that his true potential is never known? If you mean that he's overrated and won't be very good, maybe compare him to "The Boz".
(based off of our league scoringBig Ben #8 QB
Foster #17RB
Bush #21 RB
Edwards #4WR
Chad Johnson #5WR (including bye!)
Roy Williams #7WR
Winslow #4 TE
Drafted
Miami #31 DEF
Mare #32 K
I would say if I would have landed basically any other Defense and kicker I would have won a couple...
Big Ben/Cutler
R. Bush/A. Green/Foster
Braylon Edwards/Roy Williams/Chad Johnson/Lee Evans/Craig Davis
Winslow/LJ Smith
K. Brown (drafted Mare)
Texans (drafted Miami)
0.5 pt per reception and you can start 1RB-4WR or 2RB-3WR or 3RB-2WR
And I'm 0-5 in a 12 team league.
Draft last weekend
1.01 - LT
2.12 - Ronnie Brown
3.01 - Portis
4.12 - Colston
5.01 - Burress
6.12 - Betts
7.01 - Romo
8.12 - Turner
9.01 - Cotchery (this guy fell in my lap, but that's the great thing about WR as there always seems to be someone undervalued to nab)
10.12 - Watson...
I'd be more worried if we were talking about a RB that hasn't come out and complained about the preseason. I think the preseason injury last year has allowed him more leeway and he's taking all he can get. By the way I took him at 2.12 and then backed him up right there at 3.01 with Ronnie Brown.
