Say you are the Panthers. Would you rather pay 1.9, 2.9, 2024 1, 2024 2 for 1.1 and draft Bryce Young or pay all those picks for Lamar Jackson and give him $300MM or pay the 1.9 for Trey Lance or draft Anthony Richardson 1.9?
Trying to flesh out some ideas for qb values and what it would cost...
It’s early but a bunch of qbs are really bad so far
Dak hurt
Lance out for who knows how long
Rodgers sucked week 1
Burrow looks horrible
Russ is allergic to the endzone
Kyler woof
Brady has been bleh
Herbert may be hurt tbd
Stafford was trash week 1
That’s a huge chunk of the fantasy qb 1s...
Closest thing to a MNF game this week. Probably better than Vikings Bears or some such. Lots of NFL and fantasy prospects. I’ll let anyone who knows what they’re talking about come in here and tell us what to watch for.
My uninformed guess is Georgia gets one here 27-20.
17 game schedule, 14/32 teams make the playoffs. If you don’t get the 2 1 seeds, you’re just another of 12 or playoff teams that has to win 4 games to win it all. I think this is fantasy relevant in that some teams may glide some later in the year. At least I know I would consider that if I...
Haven't seen much discussion on this topic. What are teams expected to do in terms of how much starters play with only 3 games vs 4 where they ramp up some % each week and then all sit game 4? I have noticed a few more star players may not play any games which makes some sense.
Long is a 6'5" 250 lb TE who broke out with 57/685/5 his junior year at BC. He is TE 4 in this class and an early-mid round pick for a TE needy team. He has a solid all around game that should translate to being a decent fantasy TE in years to come...
Brown is a 6'1" 185 lb outside WR who put up 2 1000 yard seasons as a sophomore and junior at UNC. He is a great all around WR and deep threat who is rising up to day 2 status seemingly. Another WR to keep an eye on mid rounds of rookie drafts...
Stevenson is a 5'10" 182 lb has a nice all around game who produced over multiple seasons at Houston. Draft expectations are middle rounds with so many good WR to choose from. He is another guy to take note of later in rookie drafts...
Atwell is a 5'9" 165 lb speedster expected to run a sub 4.3 40 at his pro day. Production was the best in his sophomore season with just under 1300 yards receiving in 13 games. Expected to be a day 2 pick, he will give some team a dangerous deep threat. ...
Vaughns is a 6'2" 190 lb who put up 2800 yards and 20 TDs in 43 games for the Trojans. Another in this very deep WR class, Vaughns could be a mid round pick and a decent sleeper for NFL and fantasy teams.

Darby is a 6'1" 195 lb WR and is the latest in a recent string of Arizona St WRs breaking into the NFL after N Harry and B Aiyuk. He only played 2 games in 2020, but impressed at the Senior Bowl. His draft stock is rising but could go off the board basically anywhere round 2+ at this point...
Herbert played at Kansas and then 1 year at Virginia Tech post grad averaging 124 yfs. A 5'9" 205 lb has a good all around skill set that reminds me a bit of Austin Ekeler. Expected to be a mid round pick, he could be a nice sleeper in your rookie drafts...
Trask is a 6'5" 240 lb passer, who was a 2 year starter and led NCAA with 43 TDs this season. As a traditional pocket passer, he's expected to likely be the 6th qb taken probably in round 2. He could sneak into round 1 as there are many qb-needy teams. ...
Hawkins is a 5'9" 185 lb small, quick RB out of Lousville who averaged 118 yfs and 1 td per game as a redshirt sophomore. Expected to be a mid-later round NFL pick, Hawkins fits in to today's modern NFL offenses predicated on speed and quick cuts...
