Go Noles! I went to Grad school at FSU, so I hope you guys get the points!
Does you league not have the category, or is it there and not used or defined. We did not have it either until we realized we needed it. Then we added it.
I bet you all remember the play a few years...
I remember this a few years ago. Pretty sure your scoring rules must have "offensive fumbles recovered for TD" or similar defined. If not, you will have a huge debate and others will claim it goes to the D because that what the NFL calls it. However, IMO, the commish should use common sense...
So, you can start anyone on your roster as the guys backup? He does not have to be the actual backup? IF he is the actual backup, what happens when another owner starts that guy also. Do both owners get the points in the same week for the same guy? This would easily happen in RBBC situations...
We have a contorversial "team QB rule" that says if your starter gets hurt that you get the backups points assuming that the backup was not started by anyone else for that week. For this rule I say that the spirit or intent of the rule will always be the deciding factor if the rule ever come...
It has to be the highest points of the remaining teams. It makes no sense otherwise. Plus, you stated that "Mad Demons is the reason we have the sixth spot going to the points leader." Sound like this IS he reason for the rule.
Our league is setup just like this. The last spot is based on...
I thought the razorbacks were from Arkansas, not Ole MIss (my WR and throw a pick)? :D And no, I am not jealous of Favre. I respect him, but all players should get the same calls. This is NOT the NBA.
Manning has a tendency to start slow and come on strong. There is a reason he is the consensus #2 behind Pep.I hope not as I am going against him tonight. But, I have Brady at least...
Unless you own Pep, why do most of you guys follow the "not for fantasy" NFL rule book? Seriously, score the play (all plays) in FF logically and not necessarily the way the NFL interprets its owns freak plays.Pep gets passing yards to Moss.Moss gets receiving yards from Pep.Moe gets rushing...
The biggest changes that matter for the Boys this year compared to last........1. Offensive line play and blitz pickup. Last year, the O line was awful. Hell, not even just last year. Neither Chutch or QCar had any time to throw or get comfortable behind center when they were very green in...
The NFL rules were not written for the Fantasy Football game. Therefore, you must use common, logical sense to determine freak plays like this.I agree with Bill Davies and have made those same arguements to my league (as commish) all day to day.Use your head and not your FF heart.QuadPS-...
