Welcome to Our Forums. Once you've registered and logged in, you're primed to talk football, among other topics, with the sharpest and most experienced fantasy players on the internet.
As a predictive fantasy tool? Effectively useless. Week to week, ranking players in a list as a measure of who you should start over another player has next to zero value.
It’s a joke really. How Long before sites abandon it completely? Even Bloom’s tiers have no real purchase. And he is...
Faust is a machine. A machine that just churns out quality reports and information day, after day, after day in the off-season.
The Shark Pool forum is a community of ideas and fun arguments between football enthusiasts. Civilized and altruistic, for the most part (unlike some other forums...
So, I assume many sharkamaniacs here play in keeper leagues. Anywhere from 1-4, Or something like that. Not talking dynasty here.
Question for the pool is this: how much are you willing to mortgage this year for a shot at winning it all?
Every year in our 8/10 footballguy level...
I’m in Seoul Korea by myself on a file for a week. One of my clients speaks English. Fielding questions, taking suggestions and all shtick welcomed.

Four part documentary on the rise of Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine. Part one aired last night. Part two goes tonight.
If you are not watching this you should be. The production is excellent.
That is all.
Dear fantasy football enthusiasts,
For the first time in 10 years, our league has a tie in a playoff game. There is no specific written rule on how to break it. The commish proposes to use the regular season tie breaker rules that apply to seeding.
Thoughts or comments?

Vacationing in Hawaii is about to get cheap again fellas.
Where does Roy Halladay rank in terms of the best in the majors? It seems to me that over the last number of years, he has been one of the most consistent guys out there.
Is he top 5?
I know it is only 1 loss, but I just can't see that team winning 10 games this year.
Brady is responsible for more than people want to give him credit for.
Oh, and BB got seriously out-coached today.
8-8 could be tough.
Rice: games 303 receptions 1549 yards 22895 TDs 197
Owens: games 175 receptions 890 yards 13246 TDs 132
Moss: games 156 receptions 782 yards 12331 TDs 125
I think both will get fairly close, but ultimately come up short. I think Owens gets really close.
In light of the fact that T.O. got a 15 yard penanlty from the No Fun League policy that one cannot "touch the ground" to celebrate a touchdown in the endzone, I am sure that the league will adopt a uniform approach to the interpretation of the rule and call penalties on those who take a knee in...
It is always assumed that the AFC is a vastly superior to the NFC. I'm not so sure the gap is that wide.
In the AFC you do have three great teams (I used to think four) in NE, IND, PITT. After that I'm not so sure that the AFC is even beter than the NFC. Arizona went into Baltimore, widely...
In another thread a person did a comparison of The Bus and T.Thomas's best 7 year stretch to illustrate why one deserved the HOF over the other, I also heard this stat mentioned around the last week or so, so I checked it out. In my opinion 7 years is a big chunk of time, esp. for running backs...
through week 12 T.O. has 61 receptions for 831 yards and 8 touchdowns.
He is on pace for:
88 receptions for 1208 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Seems pretty cut and dried that he makes it...easily.
Is it appropriate to let people put players on IR before the season starts? MY understanding is that the official IR list does not begin until the season starts. Notwithstanding that, what is the most common and acceptable practice?
TIA,
Zoo.
