He was expected to have value due to his hybrid role. Is there a note-worth pickup now that he has been lost? Is there another player that can step into that same role?
Jene's new IDP Gameday Notes feature states" I think Kenny Vaccaro has replaced Roman Harper in the base package." I have been bracing for the possibility that this could happen--but not until later in the year. I didn't start Ihenacho and am now stuck deciding between Harper and Morgan...
I would like to hear from Jene on this. Early on JPP was causing havoc, and drawing extra blockers--just not doing much in the stat column. Today, I saw him dominated by an unheralded rookie RT who was not receiving any help...the fact that Cleveland was wiling to single block him with a...
That's sounds a little more likely, but I'm sure they didn't tell him to stay home when the ball carrier was into the linebackers...maybe I'm overreacting, I just hope he isn't losing some of his hunger.
I'm not speaking to his stat line. I watched rhe whole game--and him specifically. He stayed down on a knee after plays at least twice, and I don't think he was fatigued. He is known for his high motor and for chasing plays down when they are well past the LOS. He displayed neither last...
He doesn't look like himself at all. He is not running down plays. He was slow to get up a few times, and I'm wondering if he is injured and is just trying to play through it.
This guy is going back to the end of my bench until I see him put up good numbers for several weeks. He isn't out of position, so I am interested to see if people have any more excuses for his play. He doesn't get off blocks, and he is playing so tentative--like he is a rookie or in a new...
How about something on long term IDP players that are not being given as much attention (because they are not expected to be on the field, at least not in a prime position, until later in the season--or next season? A. Cole, D. Davis, JMJ, and Martez Wilson are a few that come to mind.
I don't understand still listing Freeney at DE. Mathis was changed to LB back in May, and Freeney seems to be dropping more into coverage than Mathis. This is puzzling.
Assuming DJ has played his last game in Denver (and I realize we aren't there yet), what are the chances that Woodyard becomes a LB3 with upside? He will be playing every down, and he has always answered the bell whenever they called upon him. If he continues to play well for a full season...
What does this do for Woodyard's fantasy value? He is now a 3 down player this year, right? Does this give him a shot at legitimate dynasty value? He has always produced when called upon, and if he does so for a full season the team won't be able to overlook him anymore. Would love to hear...
