Firing a barrage of arrows into his own soldiers and just killing everyone is pretty sadistic. Makes sense from a strategy standpoint but still pretty in line with his MO.

This.  My league the IDP and IOP are very even. Every year 2-3 of the top IDPs go from the mid first on. 16 teams though. Other IDP leagues the top guys don't go until the 3rd.

This is all that matters as you know. It's all about perception and value.

That's a ton of work for commisioners. Most full IDP leagues are 40-45 rosters.
