Scott is out and Rex has anointed Davis as the starting WIL for 2014 to start next to Harris. If that holds true into the season, I imagine he'll play every down since he played in Nickel packages almost exclusively last year. What can we expect from Demario in 2014?

Disregard. I just read in Jene's offseason thread that he's working on Every Down LB's and Tiers soon. I shall remain remain patient and let the IDP wave wash over me.

My Dynasty league is highly active in the off-season and keeping up with FA, trades, coaching changes, etc is tough. Does FBG/Jene have pre-draft/post 1st waive FA tiers?

I have McCarthy in my Dyno. He's a hold for me at least throughout the preseason. His leash is getting shorter by the day with me though. We have short benches and there are guys on the WW like Foiku, Phillip Wheeler, etc that are going to produce. We'll see
