Yeah I think the pass blocking is a big thing.
I think more flexibility with what they can do out of different sets is going to come with Moss.
No draft picks spent on RBs. They do have a couple of UDFA RBs lined up but I think Moss/Brown/Trayveon is the plan as expected

The only tricky thing is they haven't drafted any pure guard so I don't know if there is sufficient competition for Volson coming into the year.

On the one hand most of the grades had McKinley Jackson rated a couple rounds later
On the other hand apparently this draft had exactly two true nose tackles in it. Sweat and Jackson. Sweat never made it to the Bengals at 49 so we lock down the other option.

I am happy with the Bengals snagging Mims given they have two other behemoth tackles who have good careers for him to learn from. Boom bust pick one the boom can be great.
Very different from the linemen we have drafted (and mostly failed with) in previous years - much more athletic profile...
Yeah my homer pick of Newton didn't pan out - seems they must be worried about size and his foot. Would love for my Bengals to find a way to go get him tomorrow.

Happy with the Mims pick for the Bengals had the potential to be a huge home run and he has to fellow massive tackles in Brown and Brown to mentor him.

Illini homer in me rooting for Newton but stoked regardless given all the QBs projected to go ahead of our pick.
