Same reason why an application of a guaranteed issued, non-underwritten application was originally 19 pages long. All they need to know is income, age, location, and smoking status. I think they have it down to six or seven pages now, but really...thing should be about a half page long.

Thoughts on Gregorious? Lost my only backup SS in Rutledge for a little bit. Big numbers but don't know anything about him or playing time in the future with Arizona.

Thanks...any more opinions? Have it narrowed down now between Desmond, Craig, and Kipnis but having a hard time coming to a consensus. Thinking now Kipnis and Desmond may be better because they play such shallow positions.

Huh, first sentence says the team is not looking for prospects...then each speculation of where he could go involves the other team trading prospects. Makes it read like a totally useless article.

Generally I agree, but in this case that would be letting him off WAY too easy. I say keep this guy alive as long as humanly possible so that he can continue to live in his new hell.

Is it pretty safe to start Bauer right away or does history suggest waiting a few starts to let the nerves out?

I'm asking if someone thinks that dropping Jon Lester and picking up Jose Quintana to take his place would be a good idea. Lester has been awful...my other pitchers are Felix, Wade Miley, Lynn, and Bauer.
