What's the latest on Bennett? Do I risk it and go with him because he's leaning towards the probable side of questionable or go with the inevitable 5 for 50 with Heath Miller?
I play in a similar league but ALL TD's are 6 points, even QBs. You are at a significant disadvantage if you don't start 2 QBs. Our draft last year (first year adding a superflex) went QB heavy in the first 2 rounds. Ironically, myself and another owner went against the grain and cleaned up...
Ron Dixon was a receiver/KR in the late 90's early 2000's for the Giants.
Dominick Hixon is the current 3rd WR for the Giants.
The answer to your question is no.
The key to what you said is "without Nicks". Nicks is ready and should play in the Giants 3rd preseason game.
I like Cruz a lot this year but top 5 may be pushing it. In fact, I think Nicks has a better year in PPR than Cruz.
Not a lot of talk this year about this draft spot. Who are you targeting?
Most likely options available are:
CJ2k
McFadden
Forte
MJD
Brees - maybe
Brady - maybe
I'm thinking of going McFadden in round 1 and then Graham in round 2.
What is your strategy in this difficult slot?
I won my league with Eli as my only QB on my roster with the exception of his bye week.
My keys to victory were drafting Roddy White in the 1st, Calvin Johnson in the 2nd, Gronk in the 6th, and picking up Murray off the waiver wire.
Thankful for drafting Megatron and Gronkowski.
Thankful for picking up Murray and Marshawn Lynch as a free agents.
Most thankful for the fool that traded me Michael Turner for Felix Jones and Mark Ingram right before F Jones went down with the injury.
