Trades can be made of players and/or draft picks. The Commissioner's Board approves and/or veto’s all trades. Any owner may request a vote on approved trades if they feel that the trade is unfair for any reason. The trade will then be put to a league vote for 48 hours. 8 votes either way will determine the final outcome. If not enough votes are submitted, the decision defaults to the commissioner.

Draft picks may be traded for up to 2 years in advance. The trade deadline is week 12. There is no limit on the number of trades a team may make.

-Waivers/Free Agents

Players may be claimed from the FA pool, or waivers, until the start of Week 13. The FA pool will be frozen going forward until Week 2 of the following season. The first week of the regular season will have no waiver claims made as there has been no record to establish a worst-to-first ranking. Dropped players will be placed on waivers for one day. Waiver claims will be processed in order of worst record to best record and will be reset each week. There is no limit on the number of waiver claims a team may make.

-Other

-Owners Meetings

We will try and hold an owners meeting after the completion of each season to discuss league rules, settings, scoring systems, etc. Rules will not be changed at any point during the season. And may setup meetings during the season it's self.

-Disclaimer

The Commissioner's Board reserves the right to replace an owner without refund of entry fee and/or any prize money due for any of the following, but not limited to, lack of activity or participation, collusion, throwing games, inappropriate conduct, as well as failure to follow the rules and bylaws of the league.
