Interesting that Bryce young is still top 5Below are superflex consensus rankings, pre draft as of 4/27, post draft 5/8 and 10/26. The average and standard deviations are overall 10/26 consensus rankings exclude minimum and maximum. Congrats to Achane and Nacua drafters!

I have to ask Packer Fans. Where is this guy? You see every other first rounder getting graded for their performance. He was drafted 13th overall.I got to agree with the Lucas Van Ness take. Yeah he has got a cool name and looks the part but is he really that good.
LaPorta says otherwise (Kincaid not too shabby either)If you’re drafting a rookie TE to start, you’re probably either in rebuild or doing it wrong.Mike Clay@MikeClayNFL
Something to consider:
The HIGHEST target share by a rookie 2nd-round TE over the last decade was 13%. That was Pat Freiermuth and he did not finish as a top-12 fantasy TE.
LaPorta was TE16 and might have gone undrafted in more redrafts than he was taken as a TE1.LaPorta says otherwise (Kincaid not too shabby either)If you’re drafting a rookie TE to start, you’re probably either in rebuild or doing it wrong.Mike Clay@MikeClayNFL

I took it as a rookie draft take not a redraft take. Obviously in redraft it was hard to believe in those guys but LaPorta and others broke the mold.LaPorta was TE16 and might have gone undrafted in more redrafts than he was taken as a TE1.LaPorta says otherwise (Kincaid not too shabby either)If you’re drafting a rookie TE to start, you’re probably either in rebuild or doing it wrong.Mike Clay@MikeClayNFL

Kincaid was okay and might have been drafted to start but was a weak TE1.
But yes, this year was far better than most.
I bought too much into a few off-season narratives that cost me:The most amazing thing about this class was how many players that were not projected 1st round or even high 2nd round picks have exploded onto the scene.
LaPorta was going mid 2nd in some of my TE premium drafts no less I loved LaPorta I had him ranked 2nd TE but I let others influence me and I by passed him for Mayer. Clearly that sucks now I could had LaPorta in 3 rookie drafts (2 TE prem) and only got him in 1 (non PPR no less)
I whiffed on Puka and Jayden Reed. Only got 1 share of Tank Dell and R Rice (and I no longer have that R Rice team).
0 CJ Stroud when I should have him at least once but biffed that pick as well.
So while the class wasn't as strong up top it sure had its depth if you could find the right players. Lots of now top 60 dynasty startup picks from this class.
Instead of getting those guys I loaded up on all the high pick 1st year misses guys like Miller, Spears, Bigsby, Mayer, Mingo.............I would been better off trading all my 1st and early 2nd round picks to acquire the entire 3rd round and 4th rounds it seems where the Puka, Tank Dell, Jaydeen Reeds were going.
