*Official 2014 World Champions San Francisco Giants Thread (1 Viewer)

San Francisco Giants ‏@SFGiants 2 hours agoTim Hudson is the first #SFGiants pitcher to allow 15 or more hits in a game since Gaylord Perry gave up 16 on Sept. 28, 1968 vs. CIN
Perry got a complete game victory though.

Giants quietly with the best record in NL since April 21st at 16-8 (it might be all of baseball after today's W but only read article saying NL). Monster last three games with 30 total runs scored, Belt with HRs in all three and Pence doesn't look like he missed a beat going 4-8 L2 with a Tebowing-HR today.

Starting pitching is still scary. Although all they really needed was MB last year so they just need to get to the postseason and anything can happen. Will be interesting to see how his arm holds up late in the year. Hopefully they can make a move for a better #2 to back him up.

You want scary? Kevin Correia, Ricky Romero and Tommy Hanson are like the Evil Dead of washed up arms.

Hopefully a healthy Matt Cain will be their big deadline acquisition.
