It’s no wonder the dude quit. His trading ability is very sketchy at best. Not one of the players that he traded for had “equal to a 1st round pick” written all over him.

A lot of questionable trades for sure, but doubtful of any collusion that would make them vetoable.
And there are a couple stacked teams, some solid teams and some bad teams as with any league.

This is a free league? He's not paying for trading future draft picks?

More or less fee. I think it's like $9-$10 each to cover the MFL costs. And no costs to trade future picks.
He wasn't planning to leave the league, just some personal issues came up.
