But, the Nationals defense is a joke. Desmond as 6 errors already. The team as at least one error in 6 of its 8 games. Desmond cost them the opener. The team unraveled tonight and cost them a win.
And we haven't even counted the misplayed balls that aren't called errors...I am looking at you, Michael Taylor.
Can MLB someday change the rule on fly balls that should have been caught but hit the ground due to miscommunication into actual errors. They should not be hits.
