We have 2 orphan teams left in a dynasty league which is a former "Phenoms" league that the owners have decided to continue. I am commishing the league for the time being and am also one of the owners.

From there you can go to the rosters and see the 3 open teams (which are labelled as "Open Team #", and also link to see the scoring and bylaws.
Annual league dues will be $50, we will have $25 of the following year dues on deposit. So 2015 will be $75, subsequent years will be $50.
We are using Leaguesafe (!)
for the league funds.
