Another cop gets away with murdering a black kid in Saint Louis (1 Viewer)

Amazing police work. They even planted gun residue on the dude's hands.

and: Multiple witnesses and ballistic evidence confirmed gunfire came from both directions and from two guns at the scene, according to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney Office report. Investigators found no evidence the officer fired both guns or altered evidence at the scene, the report said.

Give it up dude. It was a good kill. You should read the article you posted. "Given the fact that Mr. Myers produced a weapon, Missouri laws pertaining to self-defense and an officer's use of deadly force apply," the prosecutor's office said in a statement. "Given all the available facts, witness statements, physical and forensic evidence and for reasons outlined in the detailed report, prosecutors have determined a criminal violation could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt."

I agree with everything else but the bolded. There are no "good" kills. Justified or not, the cop will have to live with knowing he took another persons life. I think we lose sight of this too often.

Meh. Nothing here.
Maybe not to you but black lives matter. His parents are going to sue and I hope they get every penny this racist city has.
My guess is you just wanted to use "black lives matter" in a sentence. Well done!

According to multiple witnesses there was gunfire coming from BOTH directions.

Multiple witnesses and ballistic evidence confirmed gunfire came from both directions and from two guns at the scene, according to the St. Louis Circuit Attorney Office report. Investigators found no evidence the officer fired both guns or altered evidence at the scene, the report said.

The report did not name the officer because he was not charged, however St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson identified the officer as Jason Flanery.

Witnesses also told investigators that Myers had obtained a firearm used in the incident. The Missouri Highway Patrol crime lab also found gunshot residue on Myers' hands, shirt and inside the waistband and pockets of his jeans.

What makes you think that? Got any proof, or is that just what you want to believe?
