Is Butler a capable LB3 this year ? He claims to be healthy again but has never really shown much. Perryman should replace either him or Teo.

In my personal opinion (which means it's not worth much), Te'o and Perryman are both simply 2 down thumpers. Donald Butler is the better coverage guy of the three and is also making the most money by a long shot. Butler (assuming he actually is healthy) should be a lock for 3 downs with Perryman and Te'o fighting for the other spot.
