Looking for 2 replacement owner in Keeper salary contract league...

Looking to replace 2 owners for the upcoming season. The team is the Detroit Lions and Miami Dolphims, we're getting ready for the upcoming season. The league is run on Proboards and ESPN. We keep track of player salaries and contracts. Some details on the league

• 10 Team IDP Dynasty keeper league. (start with 5 keepers from the team you pick)
• 40 man roster with defensive players
• 130M cap with a 5% increase every year
• We use the 2014 base salary from sport trac.
• Each player must be offered a contract, our contracts range from 1-7 years.

This is the 2nd year for our league, took the same concept from our Fantasy baseball league.

plz advice how u determine and set each player contract cost according to his position and round taken in the live draft?

i mean do u have some kind of formula or chart to set different cost to a qb selected in the second round or one in the 15 round or a TE selected in the 4 round rather one selected in the 19 round?
