For fantasy players that have grown weary of leagues plagued by QB and WR saturation while enjoing:

league depth

skill requirement

lucrative monetary awards (weekly & yearly)

100% payout (no fees of any kind)

entertaining week updates and write ups

strategic lineup flexibility (auction draft)

Disclaimer: This might become your favorite league.

Fantasy Football is about offensive playmakers, NOT kickers and defenses. This league is a trailblazer, shedding the cumbersome burden of dealing with boring kickers and volatile defenses (that greatly affect H2H outcomes) and adding the SUPER FLEX (QB/RB/WR/TE). The scoring is also modified to adjust to the increasingly pass happy NFL, reemphasizing the value and status of the running back, fantasy's original king.

Theoretically, a TD pass is worth 6 points on the field. But most leagues award 4-6 points to the QB and 6 points to the receiver. So from a fantasy perspective, one single passing TD can range from 10-12 cumulative points. While a rusher who scores unassisted, is limited to the 6 standard points. This devalues rushing TDs. This has always bugged me on a logic level. A TD is 6 points! An owner that starts a QB and WR from the same team is awarded 4-6 arbitrary points on 1 passing TD. If the teams on the field don't get extra points, why should fantasy owners!?

so this league will incorporate the passing TD split between passer and receiver. Passing TDs and receiving TDs are worth 3 points each, while rushing TDs remain 6.

I know, I know. You're freaking out...but hang in there with me

While this seems very unconventional, it actually will result in an equilibrium among all positions. Fantasy leagues are plagued by QB and WR saturation. Streaming QBs has taken over and become a common strategy because guys on the waiver wire put up 15-20 points consistently. WRs can be found at any time as well, benefitting from the massive increase in passing. Teams average 11-14 rushing TDs while throwing for 23-27 on average. rushing TDs are rare and valuable by a 2-1 ratio. This league realizes that discrepancy.

But fear not, QBs and WRs will have additional scoring opportunities. Receptions are worth 1 point (PPR) and passing yards are awarded at a quicker rate (1=20 passing yards)

Each team will also start a SUPER FLEX. This can be any offensive player, including a QB, making this a psuedo-2QB league at each owners discretion. Each owner is limited to roster 2 QBs max, so each team has access to an NFL teams starting QB, but also brings about potential for interesting dilemmas sparking trades and transaction activity craftiness.
