If you wanted to drop weight quick without starving or dehydrating and had to only eat 10 ingredients all week, what would those be? (Salt and pepper are given free - nothing else).

Black coffee

Water

Chicken

Peppers

Almonds

Strawberries

Eggs

Spinach

Brown Rice

Sriracha

Pretty good list.

I would drop the rice and strawberries and substitute organic butter from grassfed cows (Kerrygold) and another vegetable.

 
Why limit yourself to 10?

Your list is decent but sweet potatoes and fish should be on there.
well if I didn't limit myself to 10 in the thread wouldn't be with thread is now would it?Unfortunately I don't like sweet potatoes that much and fish is tricky for me so neither of them make my list because I don't love either of them.

 
Funny, that's basically our core ingredients except we have blueberries instead of strawberries. Not a fan of Sriracha, so I'd take garlic instead.

Since it's your rules and the list is only things you like why even have a thread since you already listed the 10 things you like the most? Aren't you going to now what you like more than us or is the game to figure out what you like the best?

Not a list for others as there are some better choices, to be sure, but a list for me, given what I will eat. That, to me, seemed the gist of the original post.

Water's not so much an ingredient as a fundamental requirement for continued living.

Shouldn't be too hard. Lot of good food there.

Siracha probably has a few extra ingredients if you wanted to nitpick.

With that in mind, no fruit or grains should be on the list.

If coffee is one of the ten, the other nine should be split between animal protein, healthy fats and veggies.

Assuming your going with at least one green vegetable, I'd recommend broccoli. You can steam it, roast it, stir fry it, and eat it raw. Very versatile and tasty.

Hey, I don't know it all.

But since I do know something about this topic, I shared my take on it.

Besides, you know where the ignore button is.

But I doubt you'll use it. Because you're not sick of it. You love it. You live for it.
