Hey folks. I totally forgot to post this here earlier, but I'm running my survivor pool again this year. This will be something like my 6th year, and each year we continue to grow. If you'd like to play, it's $25 bucks per pick, and you can buy multiple picks. Once you pick a loser, your done for. You continue to pick correctly, and you advance. See the links at the bottom of this post if you want to play.

Welcome to the 2015 Mile High Survivor Club NFL Survivor Pool! If you are reading this, you have either played with us in the past or have indicated interest in playing. This will be our 6th year running the pool. Last year, we ended up with 116 players and a final payout of $2,900, which was quite a bump from the year before. It would be nice to grow this a little more this year, so please do spread the word to family and friends if you would like them to participate. Now, I’d like to talk about a couple of things.

First off, We're moving sites. CBS has it's limitations, but it is a free site. Unfortunately, it is only free up to 200 players. So, seeing as we are looking to grow more, and there are better sites out there, we are moving. The new site info is below. The new site costs though, and is $1.00 per player. Buy in is still $25 bucks, but a buck will come off the top to pay league fees.

If you would like to mail your entry fee ($25), Make checks out to Paul Kohler, and send to P.O. Box 621866, Littleton, CO 80162. If you are paying for multiple people, please make a note of whom you are paying for. It’s very time consuming trying to guess who’s been paid for if no indication has been made with the payment. I’d hate to bump you from the pool if I don’t know you were paid for. Also, the absolute deadline for payment to me is September 12th. If a check comes in after that, it will be returned. My PayPal address is: live2dive@gmail.com, and is the preferred way to pay your entry fee, as it’s quick and there are no post office delays. If you use Paypal, please don't select "pay for services or merchandise as opposed to sending money to a friend, I get charged a fee.

Second, I've been asked about what other fees are being held out of the entry fee. As we are moving from CBS, the new hosting site charges $1.00 per player. Once the total player count comes in, I'll notify everyone what is coming out. That's it. No other fees are coming out of your buyin. I run this league out of the love of the game. The only thing I make from this is the opportunity to compete and the occasional tip from one of the winners at the end of the year, which is greatly appreciated. As you might imagine, running a survivor league is quite time consuming.

Please post or email with any questions.

Hey folks. An update on the fine Holiday weekend. We're now at 110 confirmed players, with another 10 to 12 that are on the fence. There's still time to get in, as I'm shutting down signups on Sunday. Feel free to message me with any questions.

Thanks everyone!

Paul

Ok, last update here. We're looking to top 140 players this year! That's going to be $3,500 in the pool! That is obviously assuming everyone pays up by Sunday. Still time to get in, if you use PayPal and pick by Sunday game time.

Thanks everyone.

Paul
