I know a couple of weeks ago Zach Brown got benched, for what I am imagining was his goofy tweets. Woodyard took his spot that week.

The next week Williamson was inactive which opened the door back up for Brown who started for Williamson next to Woodyard.

All signs point to Williamson returning this week, so who starts next to him, Brown or Woodyard? Any Titans homers able to shed some light?

This is all I could find. From ESPN:

Tennessee Titans: Inside linebacker Avery Williamson is on track to return from a hamstring injury that kept him out against Miami. That should mean Zach Brown returns to nickel linebacker duty with Wesley Woodyard starting opposite Williamson. -- Paul Kuharsky
