What's the consensus for starting him this week @ home vs CAR?

If so starting with confidence? If not, who are you starting?

I'm playing him over Tanny in the one league I have Romo. I think he'll be alright with Dez occupying Norman and freeing up TWill to work the sideline. McFadden, Beasley and Witten should be able to get a little work done in the middle of the field. Romo looked good out there against Miami hwbf.

I am going with Cousins at home against the Giants. Not only am I sitting Romo but I am sitting McFadden for CJ2K against the niners. Last thing I want is romo and McFadden ruining my thanksgiving throwing up junk against a very tough Carolina D.

Gonna try to pick up Hoyer to start over Romo and Dalton...as someone else said I do feel like they put up points on Thanksgiving, but yeah I don't wanna mess with the Carolina defense if I don't have to.

Playing him over Tannehill. Aaron Rodgers threw for a ton against Carolina, think Romo can do so as well.

Hate to bench Romo after carrying him all year, but I'm considering benching him for Hoyer (vs NO) or Carr (@TEN).

Buddy told me Cowboys opened up as a 1 point favorite. Is that true? What does Vegas know that I do not?
Vegas knows the public loves the Cowboys and will bet on them. I wouldnt read anything into that line other than the House wants to win money.

Don't know if I can actually do it, but with the tough matchup and loss of weapons. I'm thinking about benching Brady for Romo.

Debating between Romo and Carr. Been riding Carr since losing Romo (with a Blake Bortles start or two). Carr was hot until last week but CAR defense is tough but Dallas at home (on a big stage) and Oakland on the road has me leaning Romo. Let's hope as bronco_freak states that this is the week CAR implodes.

I own Romo and Carr, too, but don't like either situation this week. These guys are not automatic every-week starts right now, so they're absolutely benchable if a half-decent WW QB has a GREAT matchup. I'm going Hoyer, knowing it could easily blow up in my face.

Toying with starting Cutler against packers over Romo. Forte back but Alshon is dicey.
I am facing same dilemma. I have Alshon too. My 3rd option is Cousins which I saw someone say they were going with. I'd rather not start a player against my G-men if I don't have to, but I can make the playoffs with a W.

Before you make any rash decisions, remember that was Romos first game back and he didnt do to bad. Short week at home? I like the upset on Turkey Day. Romo should do very very well.

Just play Romo dont over think it he is a pretty great player too. The type of player who could give Carolina fits.

I've also got to decide btw Romo & Carr and I was leaning Carr. Probably will change my mind a few times on this one today.

Trying to decide between Mariota, Rivers and Romo. Have Mariota in there now, think I'm going to stick with that since Stafford had a great game for me already (2qb league).

Love me some Romo, but this was a bad matchup and he's not an every week must-start FF QB right now.

But I think he'll be fine. If not for trade deadlines I'd be trying to buy low on Romo right now.

It was Tomo or Cutler for me this week. I chose Romo. I chose...poorly.

Looks like I will roll the dice on Alshon tonight. What do I have to lose at this point?

digging the last crusade quote.

a stark reminder of how great the first 3 Indiana Jones flicks were (shia laboof is unwatchable IMO). gonna watch once football over.

How sad. I rode Romo to a championship last season and drafted him in two leagues this year. Being loyal I held onto Romo only to bench him last week. Then today I made a choice to bench Romo and Dez in one league and Romo in my other. Rarely do I ever make such calls that work out this well. At the same time I am bummed for Romo and now I have to drop him. Oh well. I have Hoyer set to go so all is not bad.

Happy Thanksgiving. Everyone!
