The board isn't working properly, not updating. Please help (1 Viewer)

The top post on the front page is always 15 minutes old. I click "view new content" and can see 20-30 new posts but when I click the threads it doesn't show me the new posts, the latest one is still 15 minutes old. When I click the blue dot to the left of the threads the page keeps reloading over and over. What's the problem? I updated my flash player, no help. I googled it to no avail. Did I click a button or something? Using Firefox. Please help!

The board's been messed up for me for a couple of weeks now. Same problems you're talking about. I have to kill the tab and then reload the forum to get the latest. This is happening in Firefox and Safari for me.

Hmm. Interesting. When I close the tab and reload still stuck in the past for me. Anyone else having same issue?

 
Have the same issue on my phone, whether in using the default browser, or the google app. No problem with chrome or firefox on the PC.

Actually I just tried that myself and closing the tab didn't help. I did notice there's a "View New Content" button at the top of the page. Hitting that seems to refresh things properly.

 
I can see a 6th post in this thread on the front page but when I click the thread it's not there. Once I post this I'll probably see it but when I go back to the front page that post (and this one) will be gone.

That button shows me new posts are there but they're gone once I click the thread. Sometimes it doesn't show me new posts for a good ten minutes and then they magically appear.

 
When I just went back to front page it shows only 4 replies in this thread. Now into the thread I only see 4 replies. I can't see my last two posts until I post this.

 
Polls don't work either. I vote in the poll and it goes right back to looking like I didn't vote. When I vote a second time I get an error message saying I can't vote twice.

 
Seems to be working better in last few minutes but no new posts in 4 minutes on front page. Page has stopped reloading over and over when clicking blue dot though.

 
It has been happening to me since the Panthers-Seahawks game, usually after I post in a thread. The page goes to reload after I hit submit and then gets stuck in a reload loop. If I close the tab and click the thread from the forum main page it takes me to the last post before mine. Using Chrome OS.

Did not happen after this post. It seems to occur randomly.

Pretty much same thing here

 
If we could somehow tie daily fantasy to the board working properly...I bet the damn thing would be working.

For quite a while now, it's felt like this board has been held together with duct tape and bailing wire.

 
I've had issues on Mac/Safari. Polls won't vote and on occasion I'll use to the feature to jump the last posted comment and it'll keep reloading.

 
Hahahaha.

OK Willie, have you tried using a different web browser and seeing if you can relocate the issue? Try IE or Chrome and see if you can reproduce the issue in those browsers. Post back results.
