  1. 37/30 points 4.3/3 miles 16k/15k steps A big plate of chicken nachos and a beef enchilada coupled with a couple of Dos Equis killed my points today, but it was delicious.
  2. I am allowed 34 points on WW, but I am self limiting to 30. Points are calculate by giving 8 points for male, 23 point for weighing 230, 1 point for age over 50. I have been walking a lot more recently which is why I added the 15,000 step daily goal (which does include my runs).
  3. 18/30 points 4.1/3 miles ran 17,200/15,000 steps 231/225 lb - Gained 0.5 lb but I am not losing faith in the plan. I know it will pay off in the long run.
  4. 15/30 points 3.25/3 miles ran 15,800/15,000 steps it was 90 when I ran so I kept it to just over 3 miles. I learned my lesson and got my run out of the way early today!
  5. 19/30 points 5.0/3.0 miles ran 17,200/15,000 steps It was a good day all around (health wise). I Reminded myself that apples and peanut butter is a good snack. Even if peanut butter is high in calories, it is still better than some alternatives and very satisfying.
  6. 19 points for the day - goal under 34 ran 4.75 miles - goal 3 mile 20,000 step - goal 15,000 weight 230 - goal 225
  7. Pretty happy with my May results 784/1085 points. To be honest I should probably add another 100 for stuff I missed tracking. (I can improve this by reducing the bad snacks). Ran 100.25 miles lost 4.9 lb. Hoping for to do better this month and be under 225 by July 4.
  8. Great job MOP. Awesome back to back months and overachieving the goals. PS Thanks for all of your support
  9. 5/30 - 30/35 points had a bowl of ice cream to push my total higher than I like Ran 4.5 miles to push my total to 100.25 Miles for the month. I will probable take today off.
  10. Take it easy and rest those knees. A month from now you won’t remember if you hit 100, but if your knees are still hurting it will keep you from doing better in June. I had to stop 1/2 way through April (when I had already logged almost 70 miles) because I hurt my back, but resting for 2 weeks was the only way to recover and get running again.
  11. 5/29 weigh in - 230.5. Down 0.5 lb this time week, 27.2 since 1/1/20. I so wanted to get below 230 this week, but alas it will be another week.
  12. Not at all. You just made me realize I hadn’t really checked recently and was just trusting the app. Also, i was hoping if you did see an error you would correct it. Thanks for keeping me honest.
  13. I follow the middle plan (blue I think)? The points total is provided by iTrackBites, but the last time I checked it was accurate for someone 231 lb, 6’3, 51 years old My plan actually shows 34, but my daily tracker shows 35. Thanks for making me look, I will adjust it down.
  14. Today 21/35 points, ran 4.8 miles. Need 17.7 miles to break 100 in May. Hopefully I can dodge the rain drops the next few days.
  15. Memorial Day Update - my goal I set on 1/1 was to lose 25lb by Memorial Day and I actually lost 26.7lb and got down to 231 so that is a success. My next milestone is to be under 225 this summer (maybe July 4?). When I hit that it will be the lightest I have been since I started tracking my weight 7 years ago. Yesterday ate well (but did have an ice cream) and ran 5.4 miles.

  17. I had to read this twice. 27.5 lb in that short of a time is super impressive. Congrats and keep it up.
  18. 29/35 points. Similar to Acer, had a 13 yo birthday party and too many snacks. Ate good meals though so that kept me under.
  19. 29/35 points. Are good at meals, but too many snacks. ran 4.6 miles. I will break 100 if I average 4/day the rest of the month, but it looks like rain every day so I will have to be lucky.
  20. 20/35 points (including a pasta dinner for daughter’s birthday). Calorie count 1300 for the day. Ran 4 hilly miles and dug a 40 foot trench.
