  1. Yeah, I'm terrified of starting him. Been considering Allen Robinson at home vs GB instead.
  2. How about a radio host? https://twitter.com/cdotharrison/status/1073257879359102976
  3. Don't know how to check that stat. But this was posted a few days ago. https://twitter.com/NextGenStats/status/1071908603823419392
  4. This all day. It was maddening. Running Murray straight into a stacked box on 4th and 1. Rolling out for a deep pass to no-one on 4th and 1. Passing on 1st and goal from the 1 with no one in the box.
  5. Saquon Barkley rushed for 141 yards and 1 TD when facing 8+ defenders in the box (8 carries) in Week 14 against the Redskins. This is the most rush yards when facing 8+ defenders since #NextGenStats began tracking defenders in the box in 2016.
  6. Fair point. Mahomes looks downfield a lot more than Smith did.
  7. 70% is the same average Hunt had this season. Also, I signing West is good for Ware. The Chiefs dumped West after playing behind Hunt (while Ware was hurt) all last season. When Ware and West were both playing in 2016, West played behind Ware. Why would the Chiefs signs West off the street to suddenly take an increased role from Ware, when he couldn't do this in 2016, and was cut in favor of Ware after 2017?
  8. Vikings abandoned the run like no other team all season
  9. Just let Zeke go for Evans in a 12 team PPR. Stacked at RB, but my WR core was abysmal. Ready to board this train.
  10. Wish I read this thread after trading for Evans
  11. Howard also can't catch, and the Bears have NO other weapons on offense. I don't see SF selling out to stop Miller with Hopkins running wild.
  12. If Mixon is out, starting him over Howard and Collins in PPR.
  13. Miller is a must start this week. Wouldn't be surprised if it was his best rushing game of the season. Facing the 49ers at home with little competition for carries (Blue is doubtful).
  14. Really torn between Collins, Howard, and Bernard this week (PPR). Leaning more towards Gio since I can't trust Howard, and as someone mentioned above, I don't think the gamescript is good for Collins this week.
  15. He didn't lose his starting job. They were getting blown out 30-3, and took out a few starters. Quizz usually spells Martin, and he wasn't even getting snaps.
  16. Where would you put Hoyer and Mallett? Because Hopkins put up WR1 numbers all season with them. Hopkins doesn't need Savage to be good, just OK.
  17. This is better info than people repeating the dramatic narrative that everyone is doomed. Truth is, we don't know much other than the limited playing time he's had so far. He hasn't been as bad as Brock (yet) from what I've seen.
  18. We have a ton of data supporting how awful Osweiler is. What are you basing Savage being terrible on? Half of a game against the best defense in the NFL? Or the games where Savage outplayed Osweiler last season? Or is this a product of groupthink? I'm genuinely curious where people are getting this information from.
  19. I feel like a ton of misinformation and stats have been thrown around in this thread. Everyone saying Savage is a terrible QB hasn't really seen him play In 2016 week 15, Savage came in for Brock in the 1st quarter against the Jags. He proceeded to go 23 for 36 for 260 yards, 0 INTs. Hopkins did 8 for 87 on 12 targets, and 3 end zone targets (fingertips away from a TD). In my opinion, he looked WAY better than Brock, and for fantasy purposes, he was more than competent for his receivers. See for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrPL1Skq1d0 Week 16 was his FIRST career start, and only career full game. He managed the game in a win over the Bengals, completing 18 for 29, 0 INTs in a close win. Not many big throws were needed in that game, but he didn't turn the ball over and won 12 - 10. Miller didn't play in this game, and Hopkins did 3 for 43 on 6 targets. Week 17, he only completed 5 passes (8 att) before leaving with a concussion. Hopkins did 7 for 123 in this game, and Miller was out. This season Week 1, you all saw him before being pulled against the Jags (who have been an elite defense) So everyone saying he's terrible and had awful stats, no touchdowns, etc... he has played ONE FULL GAME in his career. Not to mention that Hopkins put in a lot of time in preseason gaining chemistry with him, while endorsing him: http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20248391/deandre-hopkins-endorses-tom-savage-houston-texans-qb
