  1. God knows CJ Anderson isn't doing anything to bump this thread. Posts like these are what make fantasy football fun when players aren't doing anything of relevance. I have been on the receiving end of quite a few told you so posts. They sting a little, but I TRY not to steal the joy from the guy who made the correct call. We are wrong more times than we are right. That is why it feels good to come in and collect propers. I liked that post from September because he had the unpopular opinion but stood his ground. My quote was my way of saying, great call. Nothing more. Peace
  2. Can I scrape some of the salt dripping from your posts unto my eggs. THey are underseasoned. Buddy, you don't need to be captain save a thread. If guys are right, let them be right. Even if it is only twice a day. Sheesh.
  3. HELP!!!! Keenan Allen and Houston defense have put this top ranked team behind the 8 ball against the number 8 playoff team in the league. Need to make a splash. Flex position options: Marlon Mack Sterling Shepard Robert Foster Josh Adams Please pick 1. Going to need miracle. Thanks.
  4. Love this post. New to the thread but some of the dumb dumbs in here were really on a good one. Jesus Christ. Was it complete roster bias or just plain ignorance? You decide since it’s unlikely any of them comes back to own it. I know I wouldn’t. Sheesh.
  5. Assuming Conner retains the starting role and Leveon Bell stays away, which side would you prefer? PPR
  6. I agree. We are not talking about some unknown talent here. Teams know exactly why he held out too. Bell will be fine next season.
  7. Buddy, that fantasy is long gone. Bell has already changed his Twitter handle from Steelers RB to All Pro RB. The writing is on the wall. Trade him to some dumb dumb who is behind in the news. Good luck.
  8. Is this the type of reporting Trump complains about? We MUST do our homework before we post. Just my 2 cents. I just bought Bell at Fournette prices because of your post! doh!
  9. Not worried at all. Keenan Allen is about to have one of those Antonio Brown Big Ben make up games. Expect KA13 to receive a ton of looks next week and beyond. The explosion he had yesterday needed to happen. Rivers will respond. One day just turned into Day 1. Save this post. You're welcome.
  10. Clearing space for a Leveon Bell trade. Should be dropping sometime next week.
  11. Two questions: First, I need two flex players: Sheppard, Enunwa, Reed, D. Henry Second, who would you drop of these quarterbacks: Rivers, Winston, Wentz Thanx, your teams will be blessed today.
  12. I have one extra roster space. Currently, I sit in the #1 waiver position. I am also considering Mack with the recent news that they cut Christine Michael but I dont believe I need to blow a claim for him.
  13. Looking for depth I have a chance to secure either: Sterling Shepard Jordy Nelson PPR league with bonus after 100 yards. Im leaning Shepard since I feel Nelson's game was fluky. He would play behind: Alshon, Keenan, Emmanuel Sanders, Agholor, and Enunwa. Thoughts?
  14. I would make that move. Hill vs. Zeke and Allen. Give me Zeke and Allen side easy. Yes, I know this standard.
  15. So far it is. He is not playing for below market value.
  16. Can someone explain why a coach would say this about a first round pedigree pass catching prodigy? Doesn't align with my paradigm.
  17. Not sure why anyone is surprised by any of this... The only ones shocked are the ones who CHOSE to discount the writing on the wall. By NIHAL KOLUR July 16, 2018 The Pittsburgh Steelers and running back Le'Veon Bell were not able to come to terms to a long-term contract extension before the 4 p.m. deadline on Monday, meaning Bell will play on the $14.5 million franchise tag. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport first reported the news, saying it is likely that Bell will not "show up for a while." Earlier on Monday, ESPN's Adam Schefter said it is possible bell sits out for as much as half the season. "I think it's possible Le'Veon Bell sits out the first half of the year if he doesn't get a long-term deal done," Schefter said. "The goal at that point would be to hit 2019 free agency healthy, not rack up another 400 touches." Bell acknowledged his desires to retire as a Steeler on Twitter, but maintained that the NFL is a business. to all my Steeler fans, my desire always has been to retire a Steeler...both sides worked extremely hard today to make that happen, but the NFL is a hard business at the fans that had hope, I’m sorry we let youu down but trust me, 2018 will be my best season to date... — Le'Veon Bell (@LeVeonBell) July 16, 2018 Via Le'Veon Bell's agent Adisa Bakari: "His intention was to retire as a Steeler. But now that there's no deal, the practical reality is, this now likely will be Le'Veon's last season as a Steeler." More: "It became clear the Steelers wanted to pay the position, not the player." — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) July 16, 2018 Bell held out last season until the first week of September after facing similar issues with the Steelers front office. Widely considered the best running back in the NFL, Bell rushed for 1,291 yards and received another 655 last season. He finished with 11 total touchdowns for the AFC North champion Steelers. If Pittsburgh wishes to keep its "Killer B's" of Bell, Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger together, it appears they will eventually have to shell out a long-term contract for their star running back.
  18. Sounds like you are trying to convince yourself while looking for confirmation. Yes, if he is healthy, you win. If he is not, huge risk. But in round 8, the damage isn't quite so bad IMO.
  19. Leave him alone guys, he's had enough. This really isn't fair.
  20. The kid is a dynasty hold. He will provide very little in redraft this year.
  21. AP is not some no name journeyman they found off the street. He commands respect and will have earned significant carries if he keeps producing games like yesterday.
