  1. Wallace likely traded to Vikings.
  2. Moore is more talented than Smith. Did you guys watch him? He moves very well in coverage and did a good job against the run. Smith was signed just in case Moore isn't healthy. So beginning of season they might rotate some but Moore is the more explosive players. Smith won the MVP of the Super Bowl. Seattle didn't even want him back. He signed for $7 million over 2 years. Not a very big contract. I bet he plays special teams and backs up Moore when all is said and done.
  3. The league is free. GFFU LEAGUE IS 12 Team Dynasty League with Salary Cap and Contract Years. This league been around since 2002 (commish pays for mfl fees) and is hosted on myfantasyleague website. We have had some turnover this offseason so some really good teams are available for new owners. Please send email to commishgffu@yahoo.com or pbvert@yahoo.com if you want a team or any questions answered. I can email you the rules if you want to see them. Also put how long you have been playing fantasy football and if you have played in IDP/Salary Cap/Contract Year leagues before. I want active owners that want to make trades and work on their teams in UFA which will start soon. 5. Here are some that showed some but didn't play alot this year. James White RB - NE seems to like throwing us off each year so White will get a chance with Veneer and Ridley being UFA's. Devonta Freeman RB ATL He should start next year. Charles Simms RB TB I like him next year. Andre Williams RB NYG I like him as the main guy next year. Davante Adams WR GB He should be the guy with Cobb moving on as UFA. GB isn't going to pay what he wants. Allan Robinson WR JAX I liked what I saw this year. Paul Richardson WR SEA I like him but not in the offense they run so when he shows something next year trade his ###. Martavis Bryant WR PIT He is going to be a good one. Jerrick McKinnon RB MIN He might be the one if Peterson doesn't play for Min next year.
  6. I was in League 5 last year. I will move if already filled. Thanks. Red Zone Renegades - pbvert@yahoo.com
  7. I think Wilcox has some value as a nice sleeper that I believe will start.
  8. Don't count out McClain. I think he has the motivation to actually use some of his skills. Once training camp happens if he doesnt show up then cut him. But if he does do something will be too late to get him. Worth the risk now. Durant has let me down too many times.
  9. I almost always call them out on it in the message board of the league. I sometimes post the trade offer in footballguys forums and repost the responses. I think some owners think others are just stupid and some are. But if there is money involved these stupid owners never last. In the free leagues they do so I put up with it to a point. I send these owners links to fantasy website rankings. I always say I don't care if you love a player if they suck in fantasy football why are you overpaying for them. Most owners know not to pull that crap with me. I always love the older player for a young guy just starting to be good offers. I am giving you a top15 wr for a nobody. I say then why do you want the nobody. I hear I am rebuilding alot and hate that. This means I really don't have time for fantasy football or this year my team is tanking so I can get the 1st pick in the draft.
  10. I got offered this trade. I am OrangeCrush and don't think its a good trade for me at all but the other owner who is the commish says no way its a great offer. Which is it? Thanks in advance. Orange Crush gets Jake Locker QB TEN (rank: 37-214-217) from Kurt Warner Rod Streater WR OAK (rank: 35-120-255) from Kurt Warner Andre Johnson WR HOU (rank: 10-35-49) from Kurt Warner Kurt Warner gets Jordy Nelson WR GB (rank: 12-39-37) from Orange Crush Roster Requirements 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 WR/TE, 1 K, 1 TM Totals 20: 9 Starters, 11 Bench, +2 IR Keeper league - keep up to 20 players(which is all of them if you want) 1/2 point PPR I won the league last year. My team has QB Russel and Palmer RB's Charles/Stacey/TRichardson/Tate/LMiller/Lattimore Wr's AJGreen/Garcon/Gordon(suspended probably)/Nelson/Allen/Patterson/Givens/Blackmon/Wayne Te's DWalker/Pettigrew Kicker Novack Def Miami I don't think doing a 3 to 1 trade helps my team at all...
  11. Way too early to call. I would say August. Also it gives you more months with DirectTV. I now have UVerse and use computer and sites from oversees to watch Sunday Ticket free. I didn't see paying all that extra money just to be able to get ST. UVerse is less then $100 and I get internet too. DirectTV way overpriced. Maybe if At&t is able to get ST I might come back if they throw it out at a big discount.
  12. What is the best spot to draft from this year? And why? League: Redraft league 12 team non-ppr 18 roster spots Start 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 PK 1 DEF If you need any more info just post. Thanks in advance.
  13. I would target DE/ILB/S in that order. Your scoring rules are not great. Is the offensive players overpowering the IDP's? IDP leagues are the best when you get even scoring so a IDP player is just as important as a offensive player. If your offense is alot more in terms of scoring I would trade my best IDP for good offensive players before the league starts. I did this in a money league and won a bunch of money before other owners caught on. Also trade a good MLB for a #1 rookie pick is always nice too. Young name players always give you good returns.
  14. Handcuffs are good for trades to team with the starter. Some owners won't give up much but others will. Sometimes handcuffs do pay off because they become the starters. I like the handcuffs that are the goal line back because once they score some TD's other owners start talking about them so the one with the starter makes an offer. I usually try to get a player and a future pick when trading handcuffs.
